At Nutricook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen essentials. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a return authorization for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
